Designed by iconic Italian designer Massimo Vignelli [ creator of the New York subway map ], the Stendig Calendar remains one of the best examples of 1960s modernist design. Included in the permanent collection of the MoMA, the classic Swiss Helvetica typeface and clear grid system have become synonymous with the Modernist graphic design movement.
Litho-printed on large 122x92cm sheets bound together by three hand-punched eyelets, the scale of the calendar is truly something to behold. Pages alternate in colour month to month, creating an ever changing wall hanging that is both functional and beautiful.
Sheets can be removed at the end of each month, with old pages making perfect wrapping paper.

The gaps in the frame allow a glimpse into the glass, offering an intriguing visual appearance when filled with your favourite beverage.
A great example of a design that is built to last, the sold frame is nearly indestructible and balances perfectly with the replaceable glass mug to ensure an extended life even if damage to the glass does occur.
