The Artek stool 60 has remained as relevant as ever since its inception in 1935. Non-directional, the balanced form allows use from any direction. Well-proportioned and constructed in Birch, each stool is created according to Aalto’s original system of standard components. The black painted top offers a great contrast in tone side by side with the natural legs. Often replicated, but never matched, the original design seamlessly fits into a range of contemporary interior styles.
