Designed as a durable and ergonomic chair for commercial spaces and schools, the PantoSwing chair was produced in a range of different sizes for all ages. This set in red is the full size adult version. A double wall polypropylene one-piece seat makes for a comfortable and hard-wearing chair, with a subtle orange-peel texture covering the surface. Sitting atop the tubular steel cantilever base that give the chair a nice rock and flex for added comfort.
These steel legs do show some significant wear, with rust spots all over, yet the darker tone hides this well and is only noticeable up close.
Stackable and lightweight, they have remained a staple of schools and offices due to their versatility, durability and intriguing form.
