SRS-T70 Folding Portable Speakers by Sony
Designer: Unknown
Maker: Sony
Year: 2000
Size: W 130 x H 140 x D 30 (when folded down)
Condition report: Excellent aesthetic condition, almost no signs of use. Speakers functioning to expected 2000s standards, a little rattle and distortion from the left speaker.
.
An awesome piece of vintage audio gear, the SRS-T70 speaker was intended for use with the classic portable music players of the time such as the Walkman and Discman.
A unique expandable design, both speakers rotate outwards for use, and a small stand folds out from the rear to keep things upright.
Functioning, yet certainly not to current audio standards, there is some distortion and slight rattle from the speakers. Intended as more of a display object in it’s current state, it will keep you grooving in a pinch.
