The Tizio Table lamp, designed by Richard Sapper, has become a icon of postmodern high-tech design. Defined by it’s set of counterweights that balance the lamp and ensure a wide range of motion can be achieved, and supported by parallel arms that replace the wire connection to the bulb and act as a conductor to supply power. Each piece is clicked together with snap fasteners, ensuring the arms can move freely without effecting the flow of electricity.
