Designed in 1970 on the wave of the rapid diffusion of the halogen light, the design is in fact one of the first domestic lamps to use this new (at the time) type of bulb. The design of the lamps base, chrome stem and adjustable reflector offers a response to the increasing demands for clean shapes and technological functionality at the time.
Produced in several variants, floor, wall or ceiling lamp – the family of products remains, even after more than 40 years, one of the top sellers from the Oluce catalogue. A testament to it’s timeless nature, with the high-tech details and clean lines slotting seamlessly into a range of contemporary interiors.
Adjustable both up and down the Chrome stem, and by rotating the reflector, the Alogena lamp can easily transition from an uplight through to a more low and subtle downlight.
